I hope you've had moments of joy and ease this holiday season! Especially if those moments have been harder to find this year, I invite you to welcome the new year by doing something nourishing for yourself.
In this giving season, what gift could you offer yourself? What would be restful or delightful? What would support you right now? Perhaps a refreshing walk in the woods, or a chat with a friend, or curling up with a funny movie. Whatever you choose, I hope you find ease, laughter, solace, and connection in 2021.
